OUR MISSION

Valley Commodities is an independent broker of Rice, meaning we are not bound to any one “POOL”. Valley Commodities, LLC buys and sells rice for the California growers at the current market or at a level set by the grower. We allow the grower to set the market instead of letting the “BIG POOLS” set the market for their rice.

As an independent rice broker we work with many of the “Big Pools” to facilitate sales of rice listed with Valley Commodities, LLC.

The benefit to the growers for listing their rice with Valley Commodities, LLC is that we can go to the large players, rice mills, rice exporters, etc. and propose sales with large quantities.much like a cooperative without the high overhead associated with cooperatives. Which will allow us to return to the growers higher returns.
